The team consists of 4 Customer Success professionals dedicated to helping eCommerce and Marketplace operators launch and grow their Retail Media programs. Together, you'll be enabling clients to unlock the full potential of their advertising business through expert guidance, performance analysis, and strategic support. Your Impact Support the preparation and delivery of client workshops, onboarding sessions, training materials, and business reviews to drive client engagement and adoption. Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular reports to track advertising network performance and surface actionable insights. Analyze Retail Media program data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations for client teams. Conduct market research on Retail Media, eCommerce, digital advertising, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Document best practices, processes, and client insights — and explore AI tools to improve reporting, insight generation, and the overall client experience. What You'll Bring to the Role Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data, or a related field Demonstrated interest in eCommerce, marketplaces, Retail Media, or digital advertising Previous experience with data analysis or client-facing projects (academic or professional) is a plus Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear conclusions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive and curious mindset with a hands-on approach to learning Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment Comfort working with AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality Tools Used Excel, Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, AI tools Languages Fluent in English & french(written and spoken) required What We Offer You Internship compensation : Between 1,200€ and 1,400€ per month (depending on profile) A tailor-made integration path to quickly gain skills Empowering and evolving missions to get the most out of this experience A unique opportunity to discover a French unicorn in full expansion and work with international teams A workplace that promotes well-being and balance : Breakfasts, sports and yoga classes, aperitifs Our Hiring Process We warmly encourage you to apply to any of our roles, even if you think you're not an exact match.
