The intern will own performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms. Responsibilities Manage and optimize day‑to‑day performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, surface actionable insights and recommend optimizations. Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports. Conduct A/B tests on ad creative, targeting and bidding strategies. Partner with growth and analytics teams for budget allocation and channel strategy. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL (preferred) and comfort working with data. Proactive, self‑starter mindset with strong initiative. Eligibility Expected graduation Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
