2-2 years experienceAbout the Role Associate Solutions Architect role in Applied AI team to drive adoption of Claude Code across enterprise customers. Acts as technical bridge between AI coding assistant and engineering teams and partners with Account Executives. Responsibilities Drive Claude Code adoption, lead technical workshops, guide proof‑of‑concept implementations, develop tailored workflows, conduct discovery calls, run technical pilots, build technical champions, maintain deep expertise, create demo environments and scripts, provide product feedback, stay current on competitive landscape, collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Engineers, contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Requirements 2+ years software engineering or solutions architecture experience, 1+ years customer‑facing technical experience, daily active use of Claude Code, strong understanding of software development workflows and toolchains, experience with programming languages and IDEs, ability to present technical concepts, requirement gathering, enthusiasm for AI‑powered development tools, strong problem‑solving, debugging, self‑motivation, growth mindset. Eligibility Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Required field of study related to the role.
