Azure Devops Engineer

An Azure DevOps Engineer at this multinational corporation works on designing, implementing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. Day‑to‑day tasks include writing and updating infrastructure‑as‑code scripts (using ARM templates, Terraform or similar), configuring build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating environment provisioning, monitoring pipeline health, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable software releases. The role also involves managing source control branches, enforcing quality gates, and integrating testing and security scans into the workflow. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps services, strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python), familiarity with cloud concepts and Azure services such as App Service, Kubernetes or Virtual Machines, and a solid understanding of DevOps principles. Prior experience in software delivery or systems administration is advantageous.
