Generative AI Engineer

A Big Four organization, which typically delivers audit, tax, consulting and advisory services to clients across industries, is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join its technology team. In this role you would likely be responsible for designing, training and fine‑tuning large language models and other generative AI systems, building pipelines for data ingestion and preprocessing, and integrating these models into internal tools or client‑facing applications. Day‑to‑day work may involve experimenting with prompt engineering, evaluating model performance, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers and domain experts to translate business problems into AI solutions, and maintaining code repositories and documentation. The position suits candidates with a strong foundation in machine learning or deep learning, hands‑on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with natural‑language processing techniques and LLM APIs. Prior exposure to deploying models in production environments and an ability to work in a consulting‑oriented setting would be advantageous.
