About the Role The Computer Use team builds agent harnesses and end‑user products that enable Claude to see and operate computer interfaces. As a Product Engineer you will own end‑to‑end delivery of computer‑use and browser‑control product surfaces, working across UI, agent runtime, and backend services. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end delivery of product surfaces: scope, build, ship, measure, iterate. Diagnose and resolve reliability and robustness issues in the agent harness. Partner with researchers and the Claude Cowork team on integrations and workflows. Instrument products and use usage data to drive prioritization. Translate user pain points into shippable features. Requirements Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end‑to‑end ownership. Strong full‑stack engineering skills (production web frontend and backend). Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, prompting, or agent frameworks. Track record of shipping to external users and iterating based on feedback. Preferred: product design instincts, browser/desktop automation, RPA, eval building, SQL/notebook analysis, agent loop and guardrail design. Eligibility Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Visa sponsorship is available. Location‑based hybrid policy: at least 25% office presence.
