Robinhood is a fintech platform that offers commission‑free trading and a range of investment products to retail customers. The Senior Product Manager for Capital Markets will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap and launch of products that give everyday investors access to pre‑IPO shares, private‑company funds and other alternative assets. Day‑to‑day work includes translating ambiguous regulatory and partner requirements into clear user experiences, collaborating with engineers, designers, data scientists and legal teams, and managing relationships with issuers, underwriters and infrastructure providers. The role also involves using research, experiments and product analytics to prioritize features, measuring impact and communicating decisions to senior leadership. The position suits a product leader with at least five years of experience shipping consumer or consumer‑fintech products, a proven record of taking 0‑to‑1 initiatives to scale, and the ability to quickly master complex financial instruments and compliance frameworks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and able to influence cross‑functional teams.
