The role is for a Software Development Engineer II on a new Bangalore team that builds AI‑driven tools to improve the Seller Support experience. Day‑to‑day work will involve designing and architecting new components, applying design patterns for reliability and scale, writing production‑grade code in at least one language, and participating in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews, source control, build pipelines, testing and operational monitoring. The position also expects familiarity with the video‑games domain, particularly supporting title development, release or live‑ops environments, and the ability to translate that experience into robust support solutions. Candidates should have three or more years of professional software development experience, at least two years of design or architecture work, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, and a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end software systems.
