About the Role The Netskope Solutions Engineer - Service Providers is a strategic pre‑sales internship role focused on expanding the Global Service Provider partner ecosystem. The role works with account executives to embed Netskope technology into partner advisory, implementation, and managed services offerings. Responsibilities Build meaningful relationships with partners across engineers to executives using in‑person, video conferencing and other mediums. Educate and evangelize partners on Secure Service Edge and SASE transformation and Netskope’s solutions. Train partners via Netskope Academy, online curriculum, self‑developed content and personal knowledge. Engage with partner sales teams to drive Netskope business and promote cloud security leadership. Track, manage and promote Netskope certifications and accreditations for partners. Assist in building the Netskope Prime program and contribute content. Enable partners to pitch, demo and run proof‑of‑value on Netskope solutions. Develop practice content within the partner community to help partners land, onboard and support new customers. Act as technical partner advocate, connecting partners with sales, engineering, product, support and success teams. Track, report and analyze program metrics and ensure key metrics are met.
