About the Role Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across web, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. Collaborate with customers, Product Manager, and engineers to build, ship, and iterate on AI gateway experiences. Responsibilities Own product design and frontend implementation for the end‑to‑end journey from model discovery to production AI usage. Design and build production experiences across website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. Translate complex AI concepts (models, routing, budgets, security) into understandable UI patterns. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and define success metrics. Maintain post‑launch quality: visual polish, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge‑case handling. Requirements Proven experience building production‑grade web applications with React and TypeScript. Strong visual and interaction design craft for data‑rich products. Ability to work in a large existing codebase and contribute to UI/UX, API, and CLI components. Experience with accessibility, performance optimization, and instrumentation. Comfortable communicating with customers and making product trade‑offs. Eligibility
