Our Graduate Analyst Programme Our Graduate Analyst role offers the opportunity to start and grow your career at Baringa. As a permanent member of our team from day one, you'll work on a variety of real client and internal projects, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful contribution from the outset. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, building both your technical and professional capabilities through structured learning, hands-on experience, and ongoing development opportunities. We're looking for Graduate Analysts to join our Energy & Resources practice, with opportunities available across several of our specialist business units. During the application process, you'll have the opportunity to select the business unit that best aligns with your interests and aspirations. The business units currently hiring are: Commodities Energy & Trading Our commodities and energy trading focused team operates across all major commodity and energy companies in Europe, the US and Singapore. From metals traders and miners, through oil majors, freight and shipping specialists to power and gas traders. Our people bring deep industry expertise to help our clients translate strategy into action, to enter new markets, build new trading capabilities, and to revolutionize their IT landscapes. "From day one I have worked directly with clients on their complex trading transformation journeys. This has involved face-to-face engagement with our internationally based clients, visiting client site within weeks of starting at Baringa."
