Could you be our next Product Designer? We’re looking for an experienced, customer-centric and data-driven individual to join our Product team as a Product Designer As an advocate for Product Design excellence within Immersive, you will be a driver of the evolution of our flagship Immersive One platform, ensuring we continue to delight our users and expand our market leadership. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you’ll own product problems from early discovery and definition through to validation, detailed design, delivery and iteration. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering, using research, data and strong product judgement to shape experiences that work for customers and the wider platform. This is a role for someone who thinks beyond individual screens — considering end-to-end journeys, information architecture, workflows, reusable patterns and how decisions scale across a complex B2B product. You will be key in shaping the future of our products, designing flexible, intelligent frameworks rooted in object-oriented thinking and guided by customer and user feedback and research. Your product output will drive measurable business outcomes that shape the evolution of our design system to define how cyber resilience comes to life across the Immersive One platform. Our most successful product designers here bring a potent mix of strategic vision, user empathy, and analytical rigor to their work, while constantly expanding their knowledge through cross-team collaboration. You are the sparring partner for the Product Managers and Engineering teams with a close eye for scalability and commerciality - a true consultant who brings both research and evidence to the table and is able to articulate the ‘Why’ to validate design decisions through experimentation, metrics, and real-world usage. As an individual contributor in the team, your main responsibilities will include: Take ownership of delivering specific product features end-to-end within a quarter, ensuring your output adheres to our high standards and supports the team’s quarterly goals. Partner with Product and Engineering to explore solutions, challenge assumptions and make evidence-led product decisions. Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces by utilizing human-centered design methods such as success scenarios, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Formulate clear hypotheses to solve customer and business needs, and confidently validate your design decisions using both quantitative and qualitative research results. Use customer research, behavioral data and product metrics to inform and validate your work. Design across journeys, information architecture, workflows and reusable patterns rather than isolated features Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools where they help accelerate exploration, testing and delivery. Ship feature updates at the end of the quarter that directly influence team KPIs, always considering how your design decisions impact areas outside your immediate focus. Create wireframes, prototypes and detailed UI using Figma, contributing to and evolving our shared design system. Contributing to knowledge sharing and the continued growth of our Product Design practice. Sounds good?
