Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage an APAC Solutions Architecture team; ensure technical excellence across pre and post sales; provide hands‑on support for key accounts; coach engagements on strategic accounts; partner with engineering for product feedback; develop repeatable plays; track and report performance; own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting. Requirements 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering or Technical Pre‑sales; 2+ years leadership experience; strong background in web technologies such as Next.js, React, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure; knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks; proven ability to lead and scale technical teams; experience collaborating with Sales, Product and Engineering. Eligibility Open to candidates with the required experience; location: Sydney, Australia; remote work option for Australia.
