As a Senior Product Manager for Hardware, you will act as the primary bridge between the company's global hardware strategy and the specific commercial requirements of the EMEA region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the regional hardware catalogue, overseeing product lifecycle stages from new product introduction to end-of-life planning, and ensuring all devices meet regional regulatory and payment-scheme compliance standards. You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting sales teams with technical positioning for RFPs, managing pre-production sample distribution, and representing regional market needs to global stakeholders. This role is well-suited for an experienced product professional with a deep understanding of hardware ecosystems, payment industry standards like PCI PTS and EMVCo, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and global product development. You will be expected to work from the office as part of a hybrid attendance model.

Currently, we do allow a hybrid work schedule but we regularly revisit our attendance policy. What's Exciting About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Hardware. I n this role you will be pivotal in translating Verifone’s global hardware strategy into strong regional commercial performance. Sitting at the intersection of Global Hardware Product, Regional Product, Sales, and Customer Success, this role ensures that EMEA markets receive the right solutions, at the right time, with the right positioning Key Responsibilities: Regional Hardware Strategy & Catalogue Ownership Own and manage the EMEA hardware product catalogue — maintaining accuracy across device models, configurations, lifecycle status, and regional availability Global ↔ Regional Hardware Liaison Champion EMEA's voice in global hardware strategy — feeding market insights into the roadmap that reflect field intelligence, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics, briefing stakeholders on updates, and sharing pipeline visibility to keep cross-functional teams aligned. Regulatory & Payment-Scheme Compliance: Own EMEA's regional certification roadmap (PCI PTS, EMVCo,).Pre-Production & Sample Management Control and distribute pre-production hardware samples within the region, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness activities within the region — ensuring internal teams are prepared ahead of commercial availability. Hardware Lifecycle & EOL Management Own EOS/EOL planning for EMEA Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement Own the EMEA hardware demo/evaluation programme (device configuration, refresh, field enablement), support RFPs with technical positioning, and represent Verifone as the hardware SME in customer QBRs, pilot evaluations, and partner engagements with the credibility of a subject matter expert Partner Enablement Support the enablement of ISV & Acquirer channels
