Role: Transformation Portfolio Director / Delivery Lead (Pharma / Life sciences R&D) - Contract Role Seniority: Manager - Director Day rate: £500-£750 (depending on level) outside IR35 Project duration(s): 6+ months, starting mid-late October Location: Hybrid, London Support a boutique management consultancy working with the Head of Transformation for the R&D function of a major global pharmaceutical client. The role will lead and coordinate a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance, delivery discipline and senior stakeholder alignment across the programme.
