Verso is founded by an experienced team with a track record in strategy, technology, and company building: Lydia , CEO: HEC graduate, 7 years at BCG (Principal), expert in strategy, innovation, and consumer goods. Camille , CTO: dual degree from École Polytechnique and HEC, former lead at CO2 AI, expert in AI and scalable product development. Verso is backed by Hexa (eFounders) and raised 6M$ as seed funding. About the role As a Founder's Associate Intern, you work closely with the founders on high-impact topics at the heart of an early-stage startup. You move across marketing, go-to-market, and study delivery, wherever the company needs you most, with real ownership from day one. Your missions Marketing & GTM Content & assets creation Event organisations Competitive benchmarking … Commercial Outbound support (campaigns, calls, etc…) Support sales processes automations … Operations & Miscellaneous Funding management Processes and operations set-up Anything that brings value for the company :) … Is that you? We are looking for someone curious, hands-on and structured, who learns fast, takes ownership, and turns ideas into concrete outcomes. This role fits if you are excited to work closely with the founders and want real ownership from day one. In particular, you: Are currently enrolled in a Master's at a business or engineering school. Are looking for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027. Are fluent in French and English. Are structured, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership across a wide range of topics.
