The Futures & Prediction Market Operations Intern will join the newly formed Robinhood Derivatives team in Chicago, supporting the setup and daily running of futures, event contracts and options on futures. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing operational reports, assisting with clearing and settlement of trades, analyzing trade and position reconciliations, resolving trading issues, and helping prepare regulatory reports for compliance. The intern will also work with third‑party clearing firms, exchanges and vendors, and partner with internal groups such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, Engineering and Customer Trust and Safety to streamline workflows and support risk‑analytical functions. The role suits candidates currently enrolled in a finance, business or related degree program who are curious about derivatives markets, have strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills, and can manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. In‑person attendance of at least three days per week is expected in the Chicago office.
