The Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics role sits within the KPI Monitoring team of the Non‑API Integrations group in Open Finance, where the incumbent will continuously watch key business and operational indicators using monitoring tools, investigate alerts and production incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis by examining logs, metrics and application behavior. Daily work includes querying large datasets with SQL and Snowflake, building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Splunk, conducting trend analysis in Excel, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders. The position also involves participating in incident bridges, coordinating with engineering and product teams, documenting findings, and driving automation of monitoring alerts to improve service reliability. Candidates should have strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, hands‑on experience with SQL, Splunk, Tableau, Snowflake and advanced Excel, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24×7 rotational shift environment.

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics to join the KPI Monitoring Team in Open Finance. Responsibilities Proactively monitor applications, platforms, services and key business KPIs using monitoring tools. Investigate alerts, incidents and service failures; ensure timely escalation. Support 24x7 operational monitoring through rotational shift coverage. Perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production incidents. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure and Support teams for incident resolution. Analyze data using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Splunk and Excel; develop dashboards and reports. Create and maintain Splunk searches, dashboards, reports and automated alerts. Support continuous improvement initiatives for KPI monitoring and service reliability. Requirements Advanced SQL querying and data analysis. Splunk log analysis, SPL dashboard development and alert configuration. Tableau dashboard development and reporting. Snowflake data investigation and analytical queries. Microsoft Excel advanced features (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Dynatrace application monitoring. Incident management and escalation. Strong analytical, data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
