About the Role Business Systems Engineer within Airbnb's global IT Support organization, focusing on designing and delivering AI‑enabled self‑service capabilities for employee technology support. Analyze self‑service use cases, recommend improvements, and define success metrics using product data, employee feedback, and operational signals. Develop artifacts such as requirements documents, solution designs, process flows, and test plans. Requirements Strong understanding of IT support workflows, AI and conversational technologies, APIs, data flows, automation, and system integrations. Ability to move between strategy and execution, ask critical questions, and clarify ambiguous problems. Experience translating business needs into technical specifications and driving delivery through design, testing, and launch. Familiarity with security, privacy, and knowledge management considerations in enterprise environments.
