About the Role AirSupport Executive Support provides a high‑touch technology experience for Airbnb senior leaders and their Executive Business Partners. The Senior Executive IT Support Engineer is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of complex, sensitive executive technology issues. Responsibilities Provide direct technology support for executives, troubleshooting endpoints, mobile devices, identity and access, connectivity, collaboration tools, AV and conferencing, and workplace technology. Own executive technology lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, device transitions, and travel or board meeting preparations. Identify recurring issues, develop recommendations, and lead cross‑functional improvements. Represent Executive Support in major technology initiatives and influence design and rollout decisions. Requirements Strong technical expertise across endpoints, mobile platforms, identity and access management, networking, collaboration tools, AV conferencing, and workplace technology. Proactive planning, risk identification, and ability to drive issues across multiple technology owners. Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills for interacting with senior leaders.
