Cloud & ITO Practice Lead

Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Cloud & ITO Practice Lead to oversee its cloud infrastructure and managed services operations. This senior-level role focuses on building and scaling platform-led solutions, including cloud migration, modernization, DevSecOps, and site reliability engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the practice, which includes driving go-to-market strategies, ensuring delivery governance, and maintaining profitability through strict margin control and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams to implement automation, FinOps disciplines, and rigorous standards for service availability and incident response. This position is suited for an experienced professional with 15 to 18 years of expertise in infrastructure operations and cloud engineering who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business growth. Ideal candidates should possess a deep understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and cloud architecture, along with the leadership capability to manage complex client accounts and drive scalable service models in a competitive engineering environment.
