About the Role We are building an elite team applying frontier technologies to major financial problems. The Trump Accounts Resolution Desk helps customers navigate a high‑visibility support experience tied to Robinhood’s federal Trump Accounts program. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer experience via phone, email, and chat. Surface patterns and friction points to improve the platform. Develop deep subject mastery of eligibility, contributions, custodial mechanics, equities, margin, and options trading. Aggregate feedback to highlight process pain points and product gaps. Maintain flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and special events. Requirements Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate in a high‑scrutiny support environment. Comfort with phone and written channels, defusing customer anxiety. Self‑starter, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting. Eligibility Restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents due to legal requirements.
