Fresher-friendly, up to 2 yrsAbout the Role Samsara's Deal Desk team partners closely with the Sales organisation to drive market wins and achieve revenue targets. The Deal Desk Analyst supports EMEA Mid-Market, handling deal economics and policy judgment to help Sales structure terms that win deals and protect revenue. Responsibilities Own deal economics for the EMEA Mid-Market portfolio and determine approval authority. Sign off on non‑standard terms within financial parameters. Manage the EMEA Mid-Market deal desk end‑to‑end, enforcing discount and payment policies. Use AI tools to drive efficiency in a high‑volume pipeline. Partner with Sales to address non‑standard requests while maintaining partnership. Protect quarter‑end metrics by anchoring deals on annual terms. Coach Sales on thresholds and escalation frameworks. Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Customers when Deal Desk input is needed. Provide Sales Enablement training on policies and thresholds. Champion Samsara’s cultural principles. Requirements Experience in a comparable role within Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops or Revenue Operations. Ability to evaluate deal economics against company policy. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, modelling). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tools. Proven experience managing a large, high‑volume book independently with minimal oversight.
