Responsibilities - Hire, manage, and develop a multi‑team design group spanning Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, and Community. - Partner with product and engineering leads to improve team processes, set roadmap, and execute strategy. - Lead critique, sprint, and design review practices across the pillar. - Operate hands‑on across people management, strategy, and execution. Requirements - 5+ years of design management experience, including managing managers and leading teams through ambiguity. - Deep understanding of modern AI developments, tooling, and component‑driven design practices. - Strong hands‑on expertise with Figma's tools to mentor and guide design teams. - Proven track record of cross‑functional partnership to solve complex design challenges. - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
