Cloudflare operates a global network that protects and accelerates Internet applications for customers ranging from individual bloggers to large enterprises, routing traffic through its intelligent infrastructure to improve performance and reduce threats. As a Finance Business Partner in the G&A FP&A team, you would work closely with the CFO, CAO, CIO and other senior leaders, owning financial strategy, capital allocation and budgeting for roughly half of the company’s general‑and‑administrative footprint. Day‑to‑day activities include building and maintaining sophisticated financial models, designing AI‑enhanced forecasting processes, producing board‑ready monthly reports and variance analyses, and collaborating with accounting during month‑end close to ensure data integrity and compliance. You would also help shape long‑range planning, track industry trends, and implement automated workflows that support rapid growth. The role suits candidates with seven to eight years of progressive corporate finance experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development or a related analytical field, who are high‑performing strategic thinkers comfortable with executive‑level storytelling, extreme ownership and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

7-8 years experienceAbout the Role We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team and act as the primary financial partner to Cloudflare’s CFO, CAO, CIO, and other senior corporate leaders. The role owns financial strategy, capital allocation, and budgeting for approximately half of our G&A footprint. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to translate operational decisions into financial plans, budgets, and headcount strategies. Design, automate, and implement forecasting processes leveraging AI. Build and stress‑test financial models for capital allocation and vendor investments. Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic commentary. Collaborate with Accounting during month‑end close for data integrity and compliance. Coordinate cross‑functional planning for annual and long‑range operating plans. Design scalable, automated workflows to support global growth. Requirements 7‑8+ years of progressive corporate finance experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or related analytical fields. Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and corporate finance. Proficiency with AI‑driven automation and advanced Excel or financial software tools.
