Partner with Latin America organization, providing benefits support in Spanish. Manage relationships with regional vendors and brokers. Collaborate with Global Benefits Program Manager on international benefits strategy. Requirements 2-3 years experience in a global organization. Experience administering employee benefits and leave of absence programs across multiple countries. Business‑level fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, independent, deadline‑driven. Experience partnering with HR partners, vendors, brokers, or external administrators. Eligibility Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
