Maintain and update employee data in HRIS. Reconcile vendor invoices and support payroll processes. Maintain documentation and prepare operational reports. Respond to employee inquiries. Requirements 1–3 years experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or similar. Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity. Strong Excel and reconciliation skills. Business‑level English fluency. High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Preferred: experience with international benefits, invoice reconciliation, global matrixed organization, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eligibility Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree or HR certifications a plus.
