Informatica Developer

Bean HR Consulting is a consulting firm that provides HR and technology services to its clients. The Informatica Developer role is based in Faridabad and follows a hybrid work model. The position involves leading a project team through the full lifecycle of Informatica implementations, including defining technical specifications for workflows and business rules, preparing detailed design documents for data migration, and configuring, building and unit‑testing Informatica components such as data structures, roles, workflows and portals. The developer will also mentor colleagues on best practices, support integration, system and user‑acceptance testing, and take responsibility for master data management, technical architecture and data‑modeling recommendations. Candidates should have four to six years of experience with Informatica, IDMC and Informatica MDM, a solid background in data integration and migration, and the ability to guide teams and produce technical documentation. Strong analytical skills, experience in data modeling and a proactive approach to problem solving are essential.
