The Litigation Counsel internship is positioned within the company’s Legal team, specifically the Litigation and Regulatory group. In this role you would oversee a diverse docket of litigation matters, including copyright, class action, commercial, securities and regulatory disputes, both in the United States and abroad. Day‑to‑day tasks involve directing outside counsel through all phases of litigation, advising business leaders on litigation risk, developing strategic matter plans, and creating or refining internal processes such as matter intake, budgeting and reporting tools. You would also support regulatory investigations, mentor junior teammates, and stay current on AI‑related case law. The position suits a qualified attorney who holds a JD, is an active member of a U.S. state bar (California preferred), and has substantial experience handling complex civil litigation, particularly in copyright, class actions, securities and regulatory matters, with a track record of managing cases independently and working cross‑functionally.
