Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers; act as a player‑coach. Own Robinhood's NPS program end‑to‑end and oversee broader survey and research portfolio. Build shared infrastructure, pipelines and tooling to enable scalable analytics. Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations and other teams to translate business questions into trustworthy analytics. Requirements 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics or related field. Strong technical depth in machine learning, statistical modeling, data engineering and analytics engineering. Proven people‑leadership and ability to drive technical excellence. Eligibility Based in Menlo Park, CA with in‑person attendance expected five days per week.
