full-timeManager, Order Management
Figma · San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States
Figma is a collaborative design platform that enables teams to brainstorm, prototype, and develop products in real time. The Manager of Order Management will oversee the critical transition from sales contracts to revenue, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and billing for a global customer base. This role involves leading a team that includes both offshore employees and internal analysts, setting operational priorities, and managing queue health to meet service level agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing complex orders, managing escalations, and ensuring the team maintains high quality standards during month-end and quarter-end financial closes. Additionally, the manager acts as a lead for user acceptance testing when new products, pricing models, or system changes are introduced, requiring close collaboration with departments such as Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, and Legal. This position is well-suited for candidates with significant experience in order-to-cash or revenue operations within a SaaS environment. Ideal applicants will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of how order entry impacts downstream financial reporting, and the ability to maintain operational rigor under pressure.
