Datadog is a monitoring and security platform for cloud applications. The Field Enablement Manager for the EMEA region is responsible for equipping Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to drive performance. In this role, you will adapt global enablement programs to suit the specific needs of the EMEA market, accounting for complex, multi-country enterprise deal structures. Daily responsibilities include delivering live and virtual training sessions, managing program certifications, and conducting field listening to identify performance gaps. You will work closely with sales leadership to provide coaching, facilitate role-play sessions, and lead deal clinics that translate training into measurable behavior change. The role requires a proactive approach to gathering field insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product Marketing and Operations to refine content. This position is well-suited for a professional with experience in sales or field enablement within the SaaS industry who excels at building relationships, facilitating sessions for senior audiences, and operating independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

4-5 years experienceAbout the Role The GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog's Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations to ensure enablement programs translate into real performance in the field. Responsibilities - Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and implement training programs focused on ongoing ramp and everboarding for Enterprise sellers across EMEA. - Administer program certifications, score and evaluate submissions, and provide structured feedback. - Conduct ongoing field listening (shadows, 1:1s, syncs) to maintain a pulse on business needs and share insights. - Lead reinforcement and coaching, designing activities such as role plays, deal clinics, and skill practice sessions. - Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to co-build content and deliver ad hoc training. - Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement, synthesizing field feedback and modeling effective AI use. Requirements - 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or related GTM role supporting Enterprise Sales or Customer Success in a SaaS/technology environment. - Strong understanding of Datadog and the broader technology industry, including product pillars. - Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering engaging live and virtual sessions to senior audiences. - Familiarity with Enterprise sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler. - Ability to use performance data, field feedback, and qualitative insights to inform decisions. - Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
