As a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets, you will support the day‑to‑day processing of client activities by reviewing transactions and instructions, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and managing client interactions in a risk‑conscious manner. You will develop a deep understanding of the firm’s custody operations, product offerings and regulatory considerations, anticipate client needs, and act as an internal advocate working closely with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance and Product teams. The role includes participating in regular evening and weekend on‑call rotations, helping to refine operational processes and contributing to the company’s emphasis on in‑person onboarding and its Village culture, which prioritizes physical identity verification and secure IT setup. The position suits candidates with strong attention to detail, an interest in digital asset custody or financial operations, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and comfort with a security‑first environment that requires physical presence for onboarding and certain duties.
