About the Role Figma is seeking a highly organized and people‑focused Office Manager to bridge the regional office and company culture, overseeing day‑to‑day workplace operations and supporting employees. Responsibilities Create a welcoming workplace experience for employees, guests, vendors and visitors. Oversee daily office operations including supplies, equipment, facilities requests, safety and compliance. Manage relationships with external vendors and partner with IT, Security and Facilities teams. Coordinate logistics and hospitality for meetings, offsites, cultural celebrations and volunteer events. Partner with People team on regional onboarding, right‑to‑work checks, paperwork and benefits administration. Serve as point of contact for regional employees and support global People team with employee relations, terminations, payroll and time tracking. Partner with People and Legal on local labor requirements, union matters and provide English‑Portuguese translation. Requirements 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, People Operations or HR coordination. Professional fluency in English and Portuguese. Experience managing multiple priorities across operations, employee support, vendors and events. Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information. Ability to work from the office at least four days per week, with occasional flexibility for events. Preferred Experience with health and safety processes, labor unions, benefits administration, payroll coordination, or additional language fluency.
