Our mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them into the mainstream economy with the help of technology. About the Role: We are looking for early-career Product Managers who are ready to take independent ownership of a product pod or charter. The role involves understanding customer problems, defining product priorities, collaborating with Design and Engineering, launching products, and continuously improving outcomes through data and customer feedback. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have built a strong foundation in Product Management within a fast-paced B2C company and are ready to take on greater ownership. Product Analysts who actively influence product decisions and work closely with technology teams are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: 1) Own a product pod or charter with clearly defined customer and business objectives. 2) Identify customer problems through data analysis, user research, market insights, and product funnel analysis. 3) Define product roadmaps, priorities initiatives, and make informed trade-offs. 4) Develop clear product requirements and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle. 5) Design and run experiments, evaluate outcomes, and scale successful initiatives while maintaining product quality. 6) Track key product metrics and continuously improve the user experience based on data and customer feedback. 7) Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, testing, and product development. 8) Take end-to-end accountability for outcomes, proactively identify risks, and navigate ambiguous problem statements. What We Are Looking For: 1) Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Analysis, or related product roles. 2) Experience in a scaled consumer internet company, high-growth startup, marketplace, commerce, fintech, travel, mobility, or another fast-paced B2C business. 3) Demonstrated ownership of product initiatives with measurable customer or business impact. 4) Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, funnel analysis, experimentation, and product delivery. 5) Hands-on experience with Android or iOS products and a strong understanding of user experience. 6) Ability to collaborate directly with Engineering teams and discuss APIs, data flows, release dependencies, and technical trade-offs, including native versus cross-platform development. 7) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experiment results. 8) Ability to challenge existing assumptions and make data-driven decisions. 9) A proactive, curious, and adaptable approach to problem-solving. 10) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions. 11) Practical, regular use of modern AI tools to improve productivity and work quality. Preferred Qualifications: 1) Experience taking a customer problem from discovery and ideation through product launch, with clear evidence of impact. 2) Exposure to high-traffic products, frequent release cycles, complex marketplace dynamics, or conversion-focused product journeys. 3) Experience building prototypes, automating workflows, or using AI beyond basic content generation. 4) Familiarity with AI agents or agentic frameworks is a strong plus. 5) A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline is preferred. An MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory. 6) Ability to balance customer value, business impact, speed of execution, and technical feasibility. Why Join Us? Own meaningful product problems and take accountability for outcomes. Work on products used at scale and collaborate across Product, Technology, Supply, Operations, and Business teams. Drive product initiatives from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. Explore opportunities to build new travel propositions from the ground up. Work in a fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation, independent thinking, and the practical application of AI.
