About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Enterprise Federation team. In this role you will partner closely with engineering teams to shape the future of Auth0's core B2B platform, uncovering and solving complex operational realities for customers deploying high‑scale, multi‑tenant B2B applications. Responsibilities Lead two critical product areas: Enterprise Connections – pre‑built connectors for workforce IdPs, and B2B Connect – enabling Auth0 to run on top of a customer’s existing IdP. Drive modularization of B2B offerings, lead the standards roadmap, deliver incremental value, and champion developer and admin experience. Conduct hands‑on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions, contribute to standards roadmap, define requirements and APIs, build roadmaps and business cases, and follow the Product Delivery Lifecycle. Requirements Domain and engineering mindset with comfort in identity, multi‑tenant architectures, and enterprise federation. Strong strategic and operational rigor, customer and market empathy, and proven agile product leadership with a track record of shipping iterative value. Ability to conduct research, prototype, and translate market feedback into product direction.
