The Product Manager, Safe Access will own the end‑to‑end product experience and strategy for internal and external access to Claude, including access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, and related APIs. Responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for access primitives. Define problems and requirements across multiple teams. Design and ship API and UX experiences for internal stakeholders and external partners. Coordinate with product, safeguards, legal, and go‑to‑market teams to resolve conflicts. Partner with trusted access and verification product managers to build shared primitives. Requirements Minimum qualifications: strong executor, ability to ship through ambiguity, excellent written communication, ownership of developer platform/identity/authorization product (typically five or more years as a PM). Preferred qualifications: 8+ years product management experience, experience with multi‑tenant platforms, built account/identity/subscription systems, taken a product from zero to one. Eligibility Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
