About the Role As a Program Manager, Brand you will be the connective tissue of Anthropic’s brand marketing organization, leading program management for flagship brand campaigns and strategic programs. Responsibilities Lead program management and shape strategy for brand campaigns from kickoff through launch. Run operations for global agency retainers. Own the marketing onboarding program and iterate based on feedback. Partner with leadership on reporting, team planning, priorities, and goal‑setting. Build lightweight, flexible org processes and central resources. Shape culture and community programming for the marketing organization. Requirements Significant experience in brand program management, chief of staff, marketing operations, or related roles at high‑growth tech companies. Proven ability to build marketing or business operations functions from the ground up. Excellent project management and multi‑stakeholder coordination skills. Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems. Experience with AI tools, automations, and modern productivity platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience running large integrated brand campaigns. Experience managing external agency relationships. Background in budget controlling and procurement with Finance and Legal. Eligibility Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
