About the Role Anthropic is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the program that delivers Claude models into public sector environments, managing compliance, infrastructure, and product work across multiple teams. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end program for public sector model delivery, including sequencing, dependencies, and trade‑offs. Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs with privacy, security, and platform engineering teams. Plan and sequence work across public sector segments and represent requirements in launch planning. Establish operating rhythm with clear workstream views, dependencies, risks, and status. Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes. Requirements Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross‑functional programs. Experience shipping software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments (government clouds, FedRAMP, air‑gapped deployments). Proven ability to coordinate across research, security, compliance, and engineering teams. Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. US person status required; security clearance preferred.
