Daily responsibilities include managing complex compensation decisions such as contested offers, retention actions, and annual equity awards, while building the financial models and benchmarking frameworks that inform executive-level planning. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners in finance, legal, and people analytics to ensure pay equity and global consistency. This position is well-suited for a data-driven compensation expert who can translate technical market signals into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to advise senior technical leaders while maintaining the technical rigor required for building scalable compensation tools, workflows, and global programs that support the company's long-term workforce objectives.

The Senior Compensation Partner will own compensation strategy for the Technology organization, covering Engineering, Infrastructure, ML/AI and Data Science. Responsibilities Serve as senior compensation advisor to Technology leadership across functions, owning contested offers, retention actions, equity awards, and leveling exceptions. Provide direction and counsel to Talent Directors and cross‑functional executives. Own market positioning for technical talent, benchmarking methodology, and role evaluation. Design, strategize, and execute complex global compensation programs, including pay equity and job architecture. Construct financial models to project long‑term compensation implications. Partner with regional Total Rewards partners across EMEA, APAC, and India. Lead compensation cycle strategy for Technology end‑to‑end. Cultivate external network of survey providers and consultancies. Build compensation models, tools, and frameworks, including AI‑powered benchmarking and workflow automation. Requirements Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and compensation strategy. Knowledge of AI, ML, and Data Science talent markets. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
