As a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst you will manage the end‑to‑end execution of the company’s biannual compensation cycles, designing and updating policies, processes and supporting systems. Day‑to‑day work includes building and refining Excel models, extracting and analyzing data with SQL and BI tools, and producing reports, dashboards and insights for senior leadership. You will partner with HR, finance and IT teams to spot opportunities for automation, re‑engineer workflows in Workday, Zendesk or Jira, and drive operational improvements that support scalability. The role calls for strong quantitative abilities, project‑management experience and clear communication to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. Ideal candidates bring six or more years of compensation, HR, finance or consulting experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, familiarity with Workday and preferably exposure to Python, Tableau or similar analytics platforms.
