You will take the lead to build a global practice of practitioners that can realise business outcomes for customers primarily through the capabilities within the Cloudflare developer platform. Responsibilities: Act as a product manager of professional services specifically for our Developer Platform; Prioritizes and executes on building offerings based on alignment with strategic vision. Review information gathered by PS Leaders and other Practice Leaders to understand offering value propositions. Execute on building PS offerings based on direction from Leadership. Builds sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits/accelerators. Leads effort to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement. Creates fixed outcome service offerings that are in-line with quick wins. Drive the team's comprehensive understanding of Cloudflare's Developer platform and capabilities, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting, ensuring collective expertise within the practice. Travel: Limited travel is expected with the only solid requirement being attendance in person at the 6 monthly PS leadership meetings held in Lisbon and / or Austin. Some customer travel within Australia is also anticipated. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, practice architecture or leadership roles, or a developer oriented customer-facing role Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, including both internal and partner-provided services.
