Roblox is a global platform that lets developers and creators build, share and monetize immersive 3D experiences. As a Senior Product Manager for Developer Monetization and Wallets, you will own the product roadmap that helps creators earn, manage payouts and reinvest in their games. The role involves defining strategy for in‑app monetization features, pricing models and fraud safeguards, while collaborating with design, engineering, analytics and business teams to align roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions. You will translate user insights and data into experiments, prioritize backlogs, and drive automation that benefits developers, users and the platform. The position requires at least five years of product management experience in in‑app monetization, game analytics or related fintech areas, a strong entrepreneurial drive, and comfort making decisions with limited information. A technical mindset, data‑driven decision making and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders are essential.
