Develop and refine scalable methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve global delivery efficiency. Validate scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria before kickoff to ensure seamless sales‑to‑delivery transition. Identify and mitigate project risks, including zero‑ or low‑downtime migrations, multi‑vendor dependencies, resource constraints, scope changes, and operational impact.
