The Social Media Manager, Community will act as the human extension of Robinhood’s brand across key social platforms, balancing a bold brand voice with strict compliance standards. Responsibilities Own community management strategy across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Manage daily community operations, write posts, moderate conversations, and keep the audience engaged. Monitor community sentiment using social listening tools and provide insights to product and marketing teams. Ideate and execute community activations such as AMAs and Q&As. Partner with Product Marketing on launches, shaping social-native creative and ensuring compliance with content standards. Requirements 5+ years of experience in community or social media management. Strong understanding of online finance communities and internet culture. Excellent writing and copywriting skills. Ability to use social listening tools and adhere to financial regulations. Experience planning events and activations.
