The Crypto Product Compliance Lead will support development and enhancement of crypto products, reviewing designs, communications, and processes for compliance. Responsibilities Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations during design, testing, launch, and enhancement of crypto products. Advise on regulatory requirements, AML, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance. Develop compliance frameworks for new products. Review product features, customer communications, and marketing materials for regulatory compliance. Provide guidance on compliance questions and regulatory developments. Support regulatory examinations, filings, and internal compliance reviews. Requirements 7+ years experience in financial services, including crypto product compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations. Experience with brokerage products and awareness of AML, sanctions, financial crimes, consumer protection, and DeFi. Strong understanding of MiFID requirements.
