The role reports to the Senior Manager Software Development Engineering and works in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days onsite in Santa Clara, CA). Responsibilities Define software design specifications and implement test-driven, bug-free code. Refactor existing code for maintainability and reusability. Own resolution of complex customer issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, UI, platform, analytics, and QA. Partner with Product Management to drive detailed product requirements. Lead and mentor junior engineers. Requirements 7+ years of experience developing large-scale cloud networking and security applications. Proficiency in C/C++, Go, or Python. Deep knowledge of networking protocols and services such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS and firewall policy enforcement. Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
