Como Senior Member of Technical Staff em Performance Engineering, você projetará e manterá uma estrutura de testes de performance, criará scripts automatizados de teste de carga e desenvolverá ferramentas de autoatendimento que melhoram a escalabilidade e o tempo de resposta de aplicações web. O trabalho diário inclui escrever testes de performance com ferramentas como JMeter, Gatling ou Puppeteer, integrá‑los em pipelines de CI, analisar resultados com soluções de monitoramento como New Relic ou Dynatrace e colaborar com desenvolvedores para otimizar código, consultas a bancos de dados e implantações na nuvem na AWS. O cargo também envolve avaliar tecnologias emergentes, construir provas de conceito e promover as melhores práticas na equipe.
