Im Rahmen eines 12-monatigen Projekts erfolgt die Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs der Microsoft 365 Umgebung im Enterprise-Kontext. Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Service Requests, die über den 1st Level hinausgehen. Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten, nachhaltige Problemlösung, Unterstützung der Endanwender und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemlandschaft. Aufgaben 2nd Level Support für Microsoft 365 Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Bearbeitung von Tickets nach SLA Eskalation an 3rd Level bei Bedarf Unterstützung von Anwendern vor Ort Dokumentation von Lösungen Qualifikation Erfahrung im M365 Support im 2nd Level Gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting Erfahrung mit Ticket Systemen Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
