3-3 years experienceAbout the Role Reddit is looking for a talented and driven individual to join the Analytics Engineering team within the Data Science organization. The role works closely with Data Scientists and Engineers across Consumer, Ads, and Marketing to develop and deploy data and analytic tooling, empowering colleagues and supporting product growth. Responsibilities Be a key contributor to data quality, performance, reliability, and automation initiatives. Manage a portfolio of data products delivering high-quality data. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows for ingestion, processing, and transformation. Work with engineering to ensure pipeline quality and reliability. Implement data quality checks, QA, and monitoring routines. Create and manage new data integrations across internal and external systems. Build tools and applications for internal use to streamline analysis and reporting, driving adoption with focus on automation, consistency, and reliability. Serve as a thought partner for data scientists, engineering managers, and leadership on data foundations, shaping roadmap and strategy. Requirements 3+ years of experience with large-scale ETL systems in production. Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Scala. Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, data governance, and handling massive structured and unstructured data. Familiarity with data workflows such as Airflow. Experience in data analysis and dashboard design. Understanding of relational and MPP database designs. Proven cross‑functional execution and collaboration. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative educational field.
